By accessing and using the Pdhoindia platform (pdhoindia.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Pdhoindia provides online and offline training programs in Python, Excel, Power BI, Data Analytics, and AI for school students (Class 9th-12th), college students, and career switchers. Services include live cohort-based courses, workshops, career counseling, and access to our digital learning platform.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access our courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Course Enrollment & Payments
All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment must be completed before accessing paid course content. We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, branding, logos, and platform design are the intellectual property of Pdhoindia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent.
6. Student Conduct
Students must behave respectfully during live sessions. Any form of harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
7. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of all required topics and assignments in a course. Certificates are verifiable through our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pdhoindia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
